LexDNA is a brain child of group of budding law professionals at RGSOIPL of IIT, Kharagpur who dedicated this virtual platform to contribute, collate and share information pertaining to the developments in the field of law across the globe to those who need it most in the most articulate, simplified way. In its nascent stage, it aims to cater to spread the literary works of the dedicated researchers, philanthropists and development professionals to the world at large by giving them a platform to express their ideas. Thus, in the initial phase, the focus would be to bring forth the law journal on annual basis.

Subsequent to this, it has been envisaged to transform this platform into a legal consultancy firm providing services in the areas of law specifically to banking and taxation, arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and other need based domain.

LexDNA would have a domain specific expertise in market research, social and development sector such as health, education and infrastructure.

Through its journey it shall focus to mark its presence in most of the states in India by developing a network of like minded professionals and organisations for the upliftment and betterment of humanity and mankind.
